      THIEP Institute in Dammam continues to implement a specialized training program in Scaffolding for employees of one of the companies in the Eastern Province, as part of its ongoing efforts to deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of the industrial sector. The program is conducted under the supervision of a group of professional trainers with extensive expertise in this field.

The training program was launched two weeks ago and is being carried out in accordance with an approved and comprehensive training plan aimed at developing participants’ skills and enhancing their professional competencies. The program combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical applications and focuses on the implementation of the latest technologies and best practices in the field of scaffolding, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality and occupational safety. This approach enhances trainees’ ability to perform their duties efficiently and professionally.

The program covers several key topics, including the fundamentals of scaffolding systems, safe erection and dismantling procedures, occupational safety standards, identification of potential hazards and preventive measures, as well as practical applications that help reinforce technical concepts and raise awareness of the importance of adhering to standard operating procedures at work sites.
