“HRDF" Committee’s Visit to Thiep Institute
Thiep Institute in Dammam received a committee from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF – “Hadaf”) as part of the fund’s periodic follow-up to monitor the progress of the training process and assess the quality of the programs provided to trainees.
The visit aimed to review the mechanisms for implementing training programs, ensure the institute’s compliance with approved standards, and verify trainees’ awareness of the HRDF’s programs and courses, as well as their utilization of these services to enhance their readiness for the labor market.
The visit included a field tour of the training classrooms and direct meetings with a number of trainees, during which the committee listened to their opinions and feedback regarding the training programs and their level of awareness of the services and support offered by the fund to qualify national talents.
Members of the committee praised the level of organization and the quality of the training process at the institute, emphasizing the importance of strengthening partnerships between training institutions and the Human Resources Development Fund to achieve localization targets and develop national skills.
Form its part, Thiep Institute expressed its appreciation for the visit, affirming its continuous commitment to develop its training programs and enhance trainees’ competencies in line with labor market requirements and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030
